I have a family member who has been here. The structure is great, the staff is super communicative and willing to give updates, as long as you call and ask for them. The level of care and concern for after care is also fantastic. I've got no complaints with the overall quality of care. Thank you.

I will always be grateful to the healthcare professionals I had contact with here. They were caring and extremely encouraging in my most vulnerable times of need. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was my treatment protocol that helped me recover.

I have been receiving mental health services from Tower Health for over 3 years now and have found their services to be top notch in comparison to other hospitals that I have worked with. They helped me every step of the way, from changing counselors until I got one that worked well with me, to prescriptions to follow up care. Every professional I have engaged with has been top notch and my progress has been excellent. 1) I called my the Patient Advocate twice, having to leave a message. No response at all. 2) After evaluated by Doctor, Caseworker & County was told I could go home on Saturday afternoon. Medical Director declined and made me stay overnight. I bet for more money. 3) There was a long black hair in my 2 small pancakes. Kitchen Staff are not require hair nets just ball caps. 4) I asked if I could get a sanitized cloth to wipe my table. None of the tables were wiped and were disgusting. Techs refused. WATCH OUT, THEY WILL SEND YOU TON COLLECTIONS BEFORE YOUR BILL IS EVEN DUE!!!!! Despite many of the therapists and employees being incredible and absolutely amazing at their jobs, I unfortunately cannot recommend TBH to anyone ever. Management and billings are absolute jokes and don't have anyone's best interest, except their owns in mind. My daughter was there and the doctor is very rude. He treated me like I had no idea what he was talking about even though I am a nurse. He withheld my daughter's medication because he didn't think she needed it. She got worse. The staff is not HIPPA compliant. My daughter heard the staff discuss the other kids and making comments about the reason they were there. My daughter came home in the same condition she went in, if not worse. More like prison than anything therapeutic. The teens all wear monitors on their wrists like house arrest. We never heard from a doctor after the initial intake meeting. The staff act like they absolutely do not want to be there. Our daughter lost points in the reward system for talking during meals. She left there with so much more trauma than why she was there.
