Having been sent on a 302 recently I was originally not open to treatment and struggling to not resist treatment for so long. If it hadn't been for the one psychiatrist who really saw past my borderline and offered me the chance to sign myself into treatment I really do believe I would've come home and repeated the same behavior. I loved the one therapist Jose, and the one night nurse Ashley would really helped to understand me, if it wasn't for all three of these amazing people I don't know where'd I be today.

writing as a 17 year old who deals with major recurrent depression and delusions, i personally loved this place, the staff was relatable in a family oriented way and made sure we were safe and happy all while following the rules from their superior which can be hard when there's kids who will flip when they don't get their way , specially with the TV but the doctors are also great in my experience, they didn't push medicine on me until i was ready to start my meds again which was nice to not feel like i was having pills forc... read more

I have a family member who has been here. The structure is great, the staff is super communicative and willing to give updates, as long as you call and ask for them. The level of care and concern for after care is also fantastic. I've got no complaints with the overall quality of care. Thank you.

I will always be grateful to the healthcare professionals I had contact with here. They were caring and extremely encouraging in my most vulnerable times of need. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was my treatment protocol that helped me recover.

I have been receiving mental health services from Tower Health for over 3 years now and have found their services to be top notch in comparison to other hospitals that I have worked with. They helped me every step of the way, from changing counselors until I got one that worked well with me, to prescriptions to follow up care. Every professional I have engaged with has been top notch and my progress has been excellent. Please do not put a loved one here, I have a family member here and can never reach anyone. I have gone days without talking to him. I have tried reaching the doctors, the case managers, the Supervisors, left dozens of messages, and even had admissions send numerous messages to the unit, dr, and case manager with no response. I have been fighting to get my family member moved due to the distance from me in case of an emergency, the lack of communication, and the extremely high number of medications to the point he can barely... read more

You call them for therapy, and they never call you back to give you an appointment. The therapist changes all the time, no one seems to stay.
