My family member wasnt there for not even 5 days they overmedicated her to the point where she didn't even know her own birthday or her own name or where she was at. They didn't know how to deal with it so th they sent her to trauma unit at Reading Hospital and that's where she remains in a world of confusion.and she came to you for help. None of the staff have any knowledgement of recovering of any form. Absolutely classless and pitiful patient service. For being a cancer survivor and for them being a health and wellness organization you would hope the nurses wouldn't laugh at your face and tell you to reschedule when you come in 10 minutes before your appointment. Sadly that was the case for me. For the women who I spoke with who refused to allow me to see my doctor at the time scheduled (which I was early for) they should choose another profession since the health of other human beings is far from their radar. Just an overdue follow-up regarding these jokers. My prior review speaks to the complete shit show Tower is (honestly, most of these places are all the same) from a medical/patient care standpoint but wait.... there's more. About a year after my daughter was discharged, and my insurance settled the 20K+ tab, I get a call from Tower telling me that I owe them $500 more for another doctor past the head quack that we dealt with. Horrible place! Not a good place to send a loved one! No scheduled activities other than daily check-in, which they call group. The is zero counseling or therapy. The Case Manager, Lora does nothing to help patients on her caseload and lies about making following-up phone calls. There is no consistency and communication between the staff. Patients are walking around with what looks to be house arrest monitors. Our child was denied their medication, subjected to extreme neglect, and left worse off than they were before admission. This is a nightmare, as now we know that following ER guidelines and recommendations can land your at-risk youth in worse conditions than any that brought them to the ER to begin with. This facility is a danger to its patients.

We also had a HORRIBLE experience there with our daughter. If I could, I'd give zero stars. The doctor was horrible and I wonder if she's the same one the other reviews mentioned. This is a new adolescent facility, yet there were no cameras to monitor staff and patients. Let's just say that my child's grievance against a staff member couldn't be corroborated, even though the other patients in the unit saw what happened. I wish we'd never agreed to send her there. You can't believe anything they say. My daughter went there voluntarily and we were told she could leave whenever we wanted. Then the doctor who was "Treating" her told us that she could keep my child there even if we no longer wanted her to remain there. I learned after that this was false and a ploy to get to 10 days. She kept trying to force more days on us then we could afford.
