We also had a HORRIBLE experience there with our daughter. If I could, I'd give zero stars. The doctor was horrible and I wonder if she's the same one the other reviews mentioned. This is a new adolescent facility, yet there were no cameras to monitor staff and patients. Let's just say that my child's grievance against a staff member couldn't be corroborated, even though the other patients in the unit saw what happened. I wish we'd never agreed to send her there. You can't believe anything they say. My daughter went there voluntarily and we were told she could leave whenever we wanted. Then the doctor who was "Treating" her told us that she could keep my child there even if we no longer wanted her to remain there. I learned after that this was false and a ploy to get to 10 days. She kept trying to force more days on us then we could afford.
