RecommendedNeeded an appointment for grooming and a physical for our little Yorkie. They got us in quickly, brought up things that our previous vet had not mentioned and so we got our little guy all put together and looking good ….folks are very professional and efficient. Dr Riley and her staff were the most compassionate and loving staff I have very had the pleasure of working with. They had appointments, the office was very clean, and the I can’t rave enough about how understanding and helpful the staff was.

Facility was super clean. The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to the vet tech to the veterinarian. All were extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. I was given some potentially hard news to hear about my pooch, and everybody was very sympathetic and empathetic to my reaction to this potentially devastating news. There was even a tech that came in to bring me water to help calm me down and offered to get me other things if I needed. Town North Animal Hospital has been treating my pets for nearly 30 years. They’ve cared for 1 dog and 4 cats. I took my senior citizen cat in this week for an annual check-up. The staff has changed over the years, but they’ve always been kind and caring.

We were patients at Towne North for many years. They treated 5 of our dogs - 3 of which they helped guide over the Rainbow Bridge. We chose to change vets when we moved to Stone Oak, simply as a convenience. During an emergency with one of our pets, our regular vet wasn't able to see us and the emergency clinics were giving us 4-5 hour windows. I love that I received phone updates the entire time my Cha Cha was in surgery. The staff made it a point to let me know exactly what was going on. I also received a call BEFORE any teeth were extracted.

Yesterday was extremely hard for me. I came in with Wayah my baby and had to put him to sleep. The whole staff was kind, compassionate, and explained each step very thoroughly and they gave me the time and privacy I needed with him before he crossed. Thank you guys so much.
