Love love love this office. All the staff are fantastic. Our vet, Dr Tinsley, is awesome!! He takes the time to answer all your questions in a clear, easy to understand, caring manner. Dr Tinsley takes a genuine interest in both you and your pet and recaps the visit before you leave. His bedside manner is second to none. My pup loves him and so do I. Thank you Towne North and Dr Tinsley for all that you do.

I love Towne North Animal Hospital!! My 4 legged babies are my loves and i wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The staff is amazing and attentive, and always follow up with phone calls and make you feel so comfortable! The doctors are caring and make you feel they truly care about your ‘babies’. Highly recommend!!!

10 stars incredibly caring staff in every facet. They care for our furry family as if they were there own. Clear instructions along with Personal follow up calls. Dr. Mcllhany is amazing went the extra 2 miles to make sure that both my fur baby was ok he included my heart and frame of mind.

Dr. Mac and all of the staff are amazing! Always courteous, accommodating and thorough.
Dr. Begs and Dr. Mac truly care about our babies and us. I love the down to earth atmosphere of Towne North Animal Hosptial and how real they are. They helped me through a difficult time when my little Danny was bit by a snake. Thankfully, Danny lived! Months later, I saw Dr. Begs at an AutoZone and he asked me how Danny was doing. I was surprised he remembered after all these months. It made me feel he really cared about my dog and me. Thank you for all you do!
Dr Mac and the staff are so kind and careful and patient! I never feel rushed when we take our puppy in for a visit. They are so sweet and answer all our questions. We first became acquainted with Dr Max when we had our 13 year old dog having health problems. i can’t tell you how many times we got calls “just wanted to check in on Rowdy.” Not many vets are so hands on !
