"Pleasant experience" Very good experience compared to pressure put on you of the old way of selling cars. I was especially impressed by Hasan El Kurdi this young man went out of his way to make this a pleasant purchase. If I drank all the coffee he offered me I would be awake for a week. This is my fifth straight Toyota and God willing my sixth will be from Northwest and Hasan.
