"Excellent Service" Marni was very friendly and also very knowledgeable when explaining the service required. I did not feel pressured into doing anything over and above what was really needed for my vehicle.
"Kingsway Service Centre " I get to go back so I'll wait to review the car part. Zahir was a very friendly driver and very accommodating to the fact that i had to change pickup times because, my vehicle had more problems than the maintenance I had scheduled it for. Luckily for me the additional problems are under warranty. Kim wasn't available when I came back to pick up my vehicle, but it would have been nice if someone had gone over what else needed/s to be done before I left and scheduled another date for repair work.
"Good service" On time, courteous and professional. Good experience for a service request. Waiting area maybe too small to accommodate multiple customers at the time. Pleased with the service(s).
"Great Service" Quick booking and great service. The shuttle driver provided safe ride in timely manner. The service desk explained situation in details. However, I found the price for parts and labor was quite high.

"Trade-in and purchase" Marty Reimer contacted me prior to a scheduled service on my former vehicle. We made arrangements to discuss new car options and a test drive. Two test drives later, I was interested in discussing how Kingsway Toyota could convince me that I was given the best deal to purchase a new car. "Amazing as usual" We live 3 hours from Edmonton, this is the second vehicle we have purchased with them over the phone. They have everything ready to go for my arrival which makes life easier for me since I am very busy with four children. Always a fair deal to be made with Kingsway Toyota!!
