"My car service" Your front end ladys are the best in the business very friendly and helpful smiling and greeting you as you come in very open and VERY PROFESSIONAL the rest of the place could learn from them i walk through the new car area and never got a hello they were to busy on there computers and thats now way to run a business so take a lead from your people in the front end and clean up your act They could take some lessons from Hanan Borhot she is Very professional Friendly and not afraid TO SAY GOOD MORNING
"This visit involved basic servicing. It was done promptly." Service at this dealership always seems to be of good quality and mostly completed in the time estimated. I count on them to keep my car running smoothly so I do not have problems on the road.
"Friendly and efficient." Salim was a very nice friendly driver. I enjoyed talking to him as he took me home and back to the Toyota dealership. When he estimated the pickup time at my house for 1pm, he arrived at 1 minute to 1pm. Fantastic.

"Awesome ladies!" My first service visit on my RAV4 to Kingsway Toyota was a very good experience. I went from being surprised because I wasnt given all the necessary information by my salesman to being accommodated by the two ladies at the service desk and my wait time was completely accommodated. You were both super. I also made use of the shuttle service and Zahir was excellent, very friendly and once again accommodating. Thanks to all of you for making my experience pleasant. "Excellent Customer Service" I went to Kingsway Toyota to see a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that was for sale. I was assisted by Binh Luu who turned out to be a really nice guy to deal with. He was easy to talk to and joke around with. He was not pushy or aggressive in any way. We eventually negotiated a fair price and bought the SUV. There were a couple of minor issues like paint chips and a cracked windshield, but Binh had those repaired for us. He never pushed us to buy the SUV and left the decision up to us.
