"Very professional" Salim is very professional. He is on time or at least he tries to minimize the customers waiting time. I recommend this driver for sure.
"Knowledgeable and friendly staff" I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from the friendly staff at Kingsway Toyota. From the moment I walked in until I drove the truck off the lot the staff could not have treated me better. It was my first time buying a brand new truck so they took their time explaining the process and were happy to answer any questions that I had. I will be bringing my truck to them for any services it requires and will be purchasing my vehicles through them for the forsee able future.
"Shuttle Driver" Zahir was my driver yesterday to and from work. He was on time and was very personable. Got me safely to work and back to Kingsway Toyota. He also had my card driven to the front entrance. Excellent customer service and overall a nice guy.
"Service Department" Without getting into the issue I had with Kingsway Toyota service department, I wish to express my approval with the way my complaint was handled. As soon as the service manager, Johnny Yu became aware of my concern he handled it in a very professional and fair manner to my satisfaction. "Shuttle service" I had Zahir as my shuttle driver today. He drove me to and from the dealership while my car was getting serviced on a recall. Zahir provided excellent service. He was punctual, communicative, polite and it was an overall a great experience! I also had Cale as a customer service representative. He was also very polite and informative.
"Worth the drive from Calgary" After being unsatisfied with several dealers over the past few weeks, I was very happy to give my business to Kingsway. Brad Metcalf gave me an incredible deal on a new truck and was professional and straightforward. Everything was done by email and phone and I got exactly what I wanted. Mike Yassine in Finance was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with as well. The whole experience was pressure free and painless. Thanks guys!

"Excellent to deal with" I dealt with Ron Sewak at this dealership and we were able to do mostly everything over the phone as I live in Grande Prairie. We drove down to Edmonton, picked up the vehicle without any hassle. I highly recommend this dealership!

"Painless Experience" Our experience dealing with Roneil at Kingsway Toyota when purchasing our Tundra was exceptional. He was respectful (communicated only via email upon my request - I disliked getting phone calls from dealerships all the time!!), genuine (he didn't put on the stereotypical "car sales person" act) and followed-up with us with the answers to our questions (promptly too!).
