I came in, went for an extended test drive with the sales rep who was helpful and knowledgeable. The paperwork was extensive but went smoothly. No high pressure tactics on extended warranty and such. I usually prefer to buy private party because of the games so many dealerships play. Toyota of Deerfield was simple and straightforward. Great car buying experience.

SALES PEOPLE WHO DON'T PUSH AND AND ARE PATIENT!!! After contacting numerous dealerships we decided to go with Toyota of Deerfield. Because of our investment I did a lot of research so I would get the best deal with our limited budget and my wife and I did. We leased a new Toyota Corolla for 3 years, and to say that Andres and Diego were patient is an understatement. Great customer service My sales associate was named Mimi. She was responsive with all my questions, had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I got there and was very personable. I did not purchase the vehicle but will still continue to work with Mini to find the right fit.

Overall a good experience in Car buying I and my friend went to purchase a used car. The experience was not very smooth but one of the sales representative that we were dealing with was very helpful. At first we did not get to see the car we wanted (Not so good) but they were patient enough to show other cars and options for us to choose( good). Great place to buy vehicle Chambliss Washington & John Dearing made it so easy for me to buy a car. With in five minutes we had a deal. Chambliss provided me an excellent customer service. He is an asset to Deerfield Beach Toyota. Also Flatt is a great finance manager.
It was a very nice experience! I had a very good experience buying my Rav 4. The sales lady Nathaly Pena was very profesional and helpful. Mr Dwight was very polite, and gentleman. He explained every thing step by step giving me the sense of security! The location clean and modern. Orr sure I will go to buy my new car with them!
