Would recommend! I live almost 200 miles away from this dealer, but located Deerfield Toyota based on the best listed price for the vehicle I was searching for. They made the over-the-phone purchasing hassle free, and had great customer service. My vehicle came with a 7 day money back guarantee in the event that I was happy with the car. Although that was not needed, because the car was in fantastic condition. Overall, great buying experience, and would recommend this dealer to anyone.
Terrible switchboard operator You CANNOT get in touch with the service department....I will NEVER go there.... I mean ALL I was calling for was to find out a price on a tune up and oil change ..Hung up on 3 times!

Air bag recall I went to the dealership to get my free recall airbag for my Toyota Sienna van. They told me that they would give me a loaner car. 4 days later I went back after it was finished and they charged me $125 for the car that they said was a loner. I wanted other things fixed on the van but the only thing they fix in the four days was the free airbag recall.
Dvin Inc I visited this service department today to fix my ac and the greeter at the door was enough rude telling me to park up front as he was expecting someone else. Then he advised me to approach Michael? at desk #3 who was not at his place. unacceptable custermoer service, shady dealership These people blatantly swindled me. Managers refused to even consider that possibility, even after offering photo evidence (which they refused to even look at). Customer relations manager never bothered to return call. Avoid at all costs!
Read CarFax closely. Ad is deceptive Ad said car is a local trade but the CarFax says it was owned in Georgia and New York. It is hard to trust a dealer when they start out NOT telling the truth.
Will never go there for a car again I bought two cars from this dealership in April 2016. One was a used VW Golf 2011. We spent hours there. They claimed they checked everything and gave us a sticker to say all is great. Within a week, it needed a tire. We called the dealership after the tire gauge went off.
