Messy & Inconsiderate: The Worst Service Dept When I got my new car from Toyota of Deerfield Beach. It seemed they would bend over backwards to get you to be able to get into the car I wanted at a great price. Well I had to come back and get my car serviced because some kind of rodent decided to get inside and chew the wiring of my car. VERY DISAPOINTED !!!! NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION !!!! I usually don't post, but this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! Disappointed This dealer had a 2006 Jaguar XJ advertised,so I called to make sure the car was available on a Thursday and was told by Sara that the car was available.I planned to drive about 26 miles to see the Jag the next day so I called again to make sure the Jag was still available and was told the Jag was sold. STANTHEMAN After making several phone calls to this dealership asking about a specific model/year car I wanted. Response was that they get hundreds of trades every week and have no idea what's coming in. After about 3 weeks of this, I decided to go in and see if I could find a car I wanted. Unprofessional and disrespectul treatment by sales My wife and I are shopping to purchase a new car. We were surprised by the unhelpful and disrespectful attitude of sales manager Duane Crawford. Buying a Porsche Purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealer, the sales man arrived 1.5 hrs late at airport to pick me up. He also drove the vehicle I purchsed to come and get me, and failed to let me I had to pay the sales tax in Florida if I didnt ship the vehicle. Never Again These guys are a little too slippery for me. I was looking for a work vehicle and told the salesman I could only buy a vehicle that had keyless remote due to the nature of my work. He said the vehicle I was looking at had a damaged remote but they would get me another. After buying the truck and going back (1+ hour drive) for the remote and another part, I was told that the truck was not originally equipped with a remote so they would not provide one.
