Read CarFax closely. Ad is deceptive Ad said car is a local trade but the CarFax says it was owned in Georgia and New York. It is hard to trust a dealer when they start out NOT telling the truth.
Will never go there for a car again I bought two cars from this dealership in April 2016. One was a used VW Golf 2011. We spent hours there. They claimed they checked everything and gave us a sticker to say all is great. Within a week, it needed a tire. We called the dealership after the tire gauge went off. Messy & Inconsiderate: The Worst Service Dept When I got my new car from Toyota of Deerfield Beach. It seemed they would bend over backwards to get you to be able to get into the car I wanted at a great price. VERY DISAPOINTED !!!! NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION !!!! I usually don't post, but this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! Disappointed This dealer had a 2006 Jaguar XJ advertised,so I called to make sure the car was available on a Thursday and was told by Sara that the car was available.I planned to drive about 26 miles to see the Jag the next day so I called again to make sure the Jag was still available and was told the Jag was sold. STANTHEMAN After making several phone calls to this dealership asking about a specific model/year car I wanted. Response was that they get hundreds of trades every week and have no idea what's coming in. After about 3 weeks of this, I decided to go in and see if I could find a car I wanted. Unprofessional and disrespectul treatment by sales My wife and I are shopping to purchase a new car. We were surprised by the unhelpful and disrespectful attitude of sales manager Duane Crawford.
