My wife and I are very happy with the customer service and care while buying a car. Huan and Phil answered all our questions, concerns, and greatly assisted us in choosing the right car. We had put money down with our local dealer (we live in Central Washington) and ordered a 2024 RAV4. Upon arrival, for our trade-in, they offered us $7,000 less than the car’s value (I did careful research and knew exactly). We cancelled our order. I had a great experience purchasing my 2008 Prius from Ken Scott. He was friendly efficient, and has good knowledge about the vehicles.
