"Our first time" We purchased our first RAV 4 with them yesterday. My hubby worked the numbers with Gavin over the phone before we got there so all we had to do was turn over our trade in and sign papers. We dealt with a Kevin as well and I would recommend working with either gentlemen. The experience was great and we were treated well.

"Excellent service and timely" Had to bring RAV in for recall notice without an appointment. David was great noted a couple other recalls fixes also needed set it up right then for service at no charge then checked and helped us with needed maintenance. Got us a courtesy shuttle (LYFT) and messaged us updates and when finished later that day we were well pleased with the whole process. Thanks all.
"Broadway Toyota oil change service April 9" I have always had good experiences at Broadway Toyota and my latest visit (April 9) was no exception. I can't remember the name of the service person ("M. Taylor"), but he was knowlegeable and answered my questions about what had been done on previous visits and got me out of there in great time.
