"Trade-in" I was very happy when I trade in my Ford Explorer to get a new 2019 Rav 4. When I got to portland Toyota I wasn't expect to get a deal but I got it because of good customer service.I had a great experience.I highly recommend Toyota of portland to anyone.
"Great Customer Service!" Happy Hour $19.99 oil change, who ain't happy about that! The other dealers will have to play catch up for sure. Emily Moore was really helpful as advisor, along with that other lady I didn't get her name. Wait time a lot longer than expected but at said price it's not too bad.
"Go to dealership" My family and I have driven Toyotas for years. I just bought my 3rd one. Ask for Nick Niemeyer! We currently have a Prius, a Camry and a Corolla.

"Used F150" We got a great deal on a used Ford 150. George one or the internet sales guys was good to us. Would by another vehicle from them.
"Excellent staff. No high pressure selling tactics." We loved our easy and no pressure experience. Tony knew the details of the Rav 4 and answered all our questions. Jeremy welcomed us and listened to what we had to say and found the car we wanted. The other staff, sorry don't remember your names, were friendly and made our purchase experience non stressful. "Knowledgable, friendly, and patient buying experience. " We bought a 2019 RAV4 - XLE Premium trim with the Technology package. Amy offered us a price we couldn't refuse. Later on Renze showed us every detail in the car. He made sure I had a chance to test every button and feature, while checking in to make sure he answered all of my questions.
