"Walked in to test drive, walked out with a new ride!" Toyota of Portland on Broadway is wonderful. I worked with Hansel Sin and I felt he really listened and met my needs. I wanted to test drive the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and potentially a Lexus NX. "Quick and helpful" I went in to get the aux battery replaced on my Prius. Parts were in stock and I got an appt the day I called. Done in 2 hrs. While there, I picked up a new tiny blade for the rear wiper and struggled to install it. One of the service associates came over, put on gloves and after a 10 min battle got the wiper blade installed while I waited. I would either have broken it or needed a few hours. Can't say enough good things about how nice they were to help out for free.
"That’s service " I walked out to my car to head into work. One of my tires was nearly flat, and the low pressure gauge was on. I took is straight to Toyota of Portland’s service center. They promptly examined it, and found a nail within no time. They said it could be patched, and said it would take 1-1.5 hours, and offered car service. I decided to wait, and have breakfast at Pine State Biscuits. They called me in about 40 mins to say it was done! That was all without an appointment too.
"Routine maintenance of Toyota Camry" Exceptional and fast service! I came in for a routine oil change and some recalls on my vehicle. I was in and out within an hour and a half, and was kept up to date with texts the whole way through. Thanks!
