Very prompt, friendly & professional. However, my vehicle was still not clean when I picked it up as the back portion looked to have been missed. But they quickly offered to rewash my truck & it looked great after. I was offered a loaner & was able to continue my Christmas shopping. Staff was pleasant & courteous. They answered questions I had & I would come back again.

The vehicle was in for a scheduled service and also a replacement under warranty. I needed to change the details by phone after making the appointment. All of this worked perfectly and the work was done within the time stated. The only minor annoyance was that the Toyota ad-bot subsequently tried to sell me a parts replacement that Toyota repair workers told me was fine until the next scheduled service.
