2019 Tacoma The customer service is on point. Toni Blair is a pleasure to work with. Was in and out in less than 2 day with the new car I wanted. Drove all the way from Tacoma just to buy here!
Awesome Renton services I’ve been going here for all the maintenance of my highlander because it’s fast and easy process. Staff has a good customer service. I hope they have cookies next time I visit them:) Just like in Tacoma Toyota.
oil change, points check Kevin was very helpful and very customer oriented. I had Kevin before and he gave me the same superior service as he did this time. He explained to me what extra needed to be done and why; also explained the cost. I have very high confidence in this service department and dealership.

Honest, trustworthy, service. I trust these folks have been doing business here for 16 years and have all my service for both toyotas (purchased there). They consistently give me good service. and have avoided several opportunities to take advantage. My go to guy is "Riz". He takes car of the car and the customer and is a great spokesman for the dealership.

Great Service I always bring my Toyotas here for service. The staff are friendly and long-serving (I recognize almost all the service reps each time I visit), and the lounge is no frills but clean. The coffee is great.
