First of all I will start with WOW Tracy was amazing throughout our deal. There is just so much to say during our deal but we will keep it short. We were initially working with Wells Fargo although unfortunately with huge banks they would take weeks for every little step and especially in this market things need to be done ASAP otherwise deals fall through.
