Tracy was a pleasure to work with through out the process. My refinance was more difficult than a conventional loan. I have two dwellings on my property that made it challenging. I had tried several lenders prior to contacting Tracy and was unable to refinance with them. My credit was good and had a lot of equity in my property. I was about ready to give up.
