Overall, I was satisfied, with one exception. 1 of the 2 properties was left out in Limbo near closing. I had to point out that one of the properties disclosure sign offs was never given to me. It created a rush situation at the end. I was not happy about that. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with your service.
Tracy was very professional, it was a hassle free experience, I would without a doubt recommend her to anybody looking for a good agent.

Awesome experience. I've heard horror stories of selling in one state and buying in another. We had asked to close on a day earlier than first agreed upon. Due to clerical mishaps, from the insurance company, we actually closed on the originally agreed upon date. Other than that great service.
