Tracy Bolen treated us like we were part of the family. When dealing with large businesses the call taker or agent seems hurried and uninterested. Not Tracy, she took the time to listen and respond to every question or request. Her answers were spot on and she keep the refi process moving toward it's final conclusion. Overall, I was satisfied, with one exception. 1 of the 2 properties was left out in Limbo near closing. I had to point out that one of the properties disclosure sign offs was never given to me. It created a rush situation at the end. I was not happy about that. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with your service.
Tracy was very professional, it was a hassle free experience, I would without a doubt recommend her to anybody looking for a good agent.
