Tracy Bolen is an incredible loan officer. I always felt I could reach out and I always received a response when I did. Through the last couple of years’ uncertainty for rates, I reached out for assurance. Tracy listened to my concerns and my goal, and provided suggestions. Let me just say….. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes in the last 20 years. All I can say is that Tracy has been top-notch! The entire process was incredibly seamless. Tracy is a lovely person who is your friend in time of need. She was on top of every step of the loan process, communicating quickly and accurately whatever was needed to keep the loan process moving along.
