Tracy was by far the best mortgage professional my wife and I have ever dealt with and we've financed and refinanced a number of properties over the years. First of all I will start with WOW Tracy was amazing throughout our deal. There is just so much to say during our deal but we will keep it short. We were initially working with Wells Fargo although unfortunately with huge banks they would take weeks for every little step and especially in this market things need to be done ASAP otherwise deals fall through. Tracy Bolen treated us like we were part of the family. When dealing with large businesses the call taker or agent seems hurried and uninterested. Not Tracy, she took the time to listen and respond to every question or request. Her answers were spot on and she keep the refi process moving toward it's final conclusion.
