My experience was good. The representative that spoke with me was courteous, friendly and did a good job answering my questions. I was impressed with the units I looked at. The only downside was their buy in policy. That alone prevented me from considering Trail ridge further as a possibility.

We appreciated the help with knowing what type of care our parents would possibly be needing, as well as some points to consider. Loved all of the activities!! The assisted living room we saw seemed small to us, especially for 2 people.

Michelle provided a comprehensive look at the entire community. We chose to focus on independent living; most importantly the 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom plans. Square footage of at least 1200. Living features and amenities were also reviewed.

I came from out-of-state to tour assisted-living facilities for my mom. Jason was so very kind and went above and beyond to assist in providing a tour of Trail Ridge. He was also very informative. Trail Ridge is a beautiful community for senior living. It is definitely a place I can see for my mom to call home.
