I have lived at Trail Ridge for 9 years. The last 7 years I have been alone - but not alone. There are so many caring people who live here. I don't have to worry about lawn care, snow removal, a broken pipe or any obligations that I would have with home ownership. - I like the opportunity to go out to eat at a variety of Sioux Falls area restaurants with a group of my peers. I like everything about living at Trail Ridge. The people and staff are excellent and the residents are wonderful too. The food is fantastic! As a resident I love all the activities they offer so I can stay busy. Trail Ridge is home.

My husband passed away shortly after we moved to Trail Ridge. I was so fortunate to have the "family" at Trail Ridge to support me during that time. It was invaluable to me to have their support and friendship. Shortly after that I had major surgery and a friend here checked on me 3x a day and made sure i had what i needed. Trail Ridge is more than a place to live it is a community of friends and family. The musical concerts are wonderful and the residents are allowed to participate if they wish! Stress-free living is wonderful. We have transportation to dr appointments and the like when needed and they offer so many opportunities in the wellness department. . The meals are wonderful and I do not have to cook and therefore can concentrate on making friends and socializing in the evening with games and cards.

We surveyed the possibility of senior living in Sioux Falls for two years and have now lived here for 7 years and have never looked back! Everything here at Trail Ridge meets our needs. Activities are a plus as well as the food and the transportation is super good. Trail Ridge is a great place to live and would never consider another!

Trail Ridge has a fabulous swimming pool, a beautiful outdoor walking path and a wonderful atrium for the residents and guests. Such a beautiful facility and one that is perfect for my parents who love the outdoors and love to swim.
