I signed up in a hurry and failed to do my research. Not only was a ***resentative extremely rude but more importantly ** my failed to file medical providers I informed them of, they failed to obtain medical records for another which I had to end up doing myself and several other failures to communicate. I then resorted to dealing with my SSDI *** myself many times. I finally found new ***resentation. They did nothing but the initial interview which I could have done on how to make all my own calls I knew more what was going on with my case than they did very rude over the phone was not helpful at all.

The worst ever!!! They literally dd nothing for me ..I fired them not even halfway through the process , but this scamming scumbag company still managed to rob me a permanently disabled person of $1,500 and refuses to return it...

The communication with the client was lacking. If I needed any updates about my case I had to contact your office. It wasn't until we had a determination did someone show any interest in getting ahold of me. I'm not sure what all was done on your end but I'm sure it was more than I could have done.

Not communication skills did nothing for me I couldn't have accomplished by myself the only communication was with SS personally I think they are taking advantage of disabled people

They never helped me once. They didnt return no less than 3 calls. They even once sent me a reminder for an appointment that had already passed. When I heard I may have gotten approved I called twice so you guys could tell me if it was true about my benefits. And if so how much was my award. Still never heard back from you guys till this survey. I feel cheated

They are high priced you never get to talk to your attorney only the day before your hearing they had me send all my medical records to them which I could a just did it myself for free by sending social security my records instead they have you wait on hold for fifteen minutes thinking someone will eventually answer only to get an answering machine it so frustrating now I'm waiting for back pay and they need to take their portion out which is taking forever I have to wait for their process in order to get my portion it *****... read more
Do some research, I wish I had done more. I'n my case which is still not comple 2 years later, they appear to be overwhelmed, if they answer the phone. No one knows anything about your case until they review notes. Nothing was done they said, paperwork not filed, deadlines missed. After over a year of them saying my appeal was filed, I was finally able to get someone on the phone that realized it was not filed. I had to tell them initially it was denied, they did not know.
