I filed for disability. Almost three years passed to get the settlement. This was after filing fraud to open someones eyes at the ssdi office then more foot dragging. I then went to a congress lady who had results within a week for me as to how my case was going. Definitely if I had to do all over I would just file directly. I dont feel I had any help until I got a ******** person involved. Toward the end I never had any contact with Trajector any more and for all this they got over 4k for basically nothing. I would not recommend them unless you are willing to do most everything yourself. They will do the bare minimum. They way it is set up is with the initial interview and whatever promise they have to bring you aboard. Once you are in their system they will work for you but believe me you wont be number one on their priority list. I've tried reaching out, but as you know, and as you've noted above, your phone service isn't constant and you can be tricky to get a hold of.
I have mental and physical issues and it was becoming more and more difficult for me to work so I reached out to this firm. Very nice people it seemed. Then I met the attorney 3 days before my hearing in May of 2024. I told her I was nervous to talk to the judge because I am very self conscious about myself. On the day of my hearing via video zoom the judge seemed annoyed by me but, I kept my composure and got through it. Well I have to be totally honest I was very very disappointed in the way my whole case was handled I was always not knowing what was going on never could get a hold of anybody when I called them or anything like that and then when I did get a hold of somebody they could barely speak English they would tell me everything's all good and nothing you need to do and then I'll get a letter in the mail saying I got to do this and I got to do that I feel like I did more of the work the only thing you guys really did is filed the pap... read more

returning call and with an approved case I still dont know what I was awarded. Also I have been disabiled since 2017 with an open case and they only got approved from dec 2023. They never put in correct paperwork in since I dont have a place to live and they gave me ***** a month to find a place to live No responses and you are just a number. Look elsewhere I am screwed at this point.

I would give no rating because this company is a total fraud in my view and deserves a negative rating. They reached out to me around April of 2023. From April 2023 until August 2024, they only contacted me roughly 3 times. The last contact I had with them, i told them i didn't want their "service" stating the Veteran Affairs was going to help me.Today I received a text stating that I owe over $8,000!!! For what?? They did nothing to help me. I did the foot work, the VA helped me get the job done.

They ****. They did absolutely nothing to help me. I did ALL of the work on my own. I would really everyone to stay away from them. No phone calls. No responses to e mails. Just bad bad bad service.
