Absolutely horrible! In 2 years, I still have no clue who my lawyer was. My "lawyer" still hasn't contacted me and I've been denied twice due to trajector not bothering to help get my paperwork in from my doctors, Borg Imaging, Urology, and my main doctor. Those are extremely important paperwork! I could barely understand the receptionists language. Went to a doctor's ****** and was denied benefits in Nov 2023. After my visit and denial of benefits I told Trajectory that I wanted to cancel my claim and get back to the workforce. Everything is working out great and I am just getting calls over 8 months later trying to update doctors info. A text them and said I been cancelled but they acting like I am just telling them this in the middle of July 2025. They are seeking to petition fees for something I haven't got. I had two get all the medical updates two be fare there lawyer handled his part of the job right after it got appealed the rest was pretty terrible on a scale of 1 two 10 they get a 3

Very, very upset with the lack of assistance received. Trajectory supposedly filled/filed paper work on my behalf. I received several calls asking questions from Trajectory and I "assumed" that Trajectory was following my case and on top of it. I was wrong, I only discovered this when I received a letter from SSI, asking me the same questions that Trajectory did and never submitted. Do NOT waste time with these services. In almost 3years they sent me **** generic text messages stating my application was still in process. I would call the *** directly and speak to them and to the case worker and they had no record of anyone inquiring about my case. I had to call my doctos send copies of records speak with my SSD case worker and get all the dates and gather the information they needed myself. Basically I did all the work. Nice people on the phone but they do nothing for the money they get. We filled out my brothers papers. This was because when we called them and said we have papers to fill out they said "Go ahead" I made the phone calls. I checked in with doctors. I don't know what they did to earn their 1/4 of my brothers settlement but I'd like to see a detailed hourly billing statement. Hiring them is a waste of money. Social Security limits what they can take thank goodness.
