Great service. Takes their time to explain everything to you
Oh, my goodness, just the other day I had a counselor go over a exam I am about to have for a 2nd time. Bless her for going over things again that where so helpful for me and I wrote down in my notes. My 1st two placements went well. Praying this goes as well if not better. After going over it time and time again. I should be able to do fine. I thank these people very much. Bless you
Trajector organizes the evidence and coaches along the way. I agree veterans can do the same on their own. The red tape involved with the VA process delayed my filing for almost 20 years. VA prorates only to the date your claim was officially submitted. Trajector was the pushing force in completing this process. Yes, its expensive but the *** results in millions of dollars over a 20 year window. The VA needs to reduce the red tape to zero.
I would be at zero without Trajector. I went through a *** ******* years ago and was no help at all. He filed a one page claim and told me I probably wouldn't get anything. I never heard from him again. I received a decision not service connected. I figured I was done until a coworker told me sit Trajector. I answered the initial questionaire and they got the ball rolling, helping me with tons of evidence and information supporting my claim. Call back is a little bit slow, but I think the experience is very good.
Very pleased with Trajector. They did everything they said they would do, called when they said they were going to call and treated me with respect. Their customer service was outstanding . The only complaint I have was difficulty in understanding what the representative was saying. Heavy Indian accents. I respect the fact that they are working hard to help me but sometimes it was very difficult.
My experience with Trajector has been very helpful, courteous and easy. I am just getting started with a VA claim and they have worked very diligently with me as together documents were drafted and submitted to the VA. Texts and emails have been sent keeping apprised of progress. It was very appreciated for everything they have done to date! Great folks to work with.
I have been a client of Trajector for several months now. I find them very helpful. I have not received any benefit from their service yet but two issues are in the works, and we know how slow the VA can be. Their staff came be difficult to understand on the phone but they are help, patient and have made effective suggestions.
