The service and prices was great in the beginning. After my initial claim was denied, they staggered the appeals, which made the process much longer. When the first decision came back, the calls started immediately for payment. The billing department was rude, would not give straight answers on payment options even when directly asked. In addition, they were difficult to understand due to very heavy accents. They have been very helpful with instructions on how to fill out forms and navigate thru the VA claims process. I did get repeat messages from several team personnel. It was very easy to talk with team members. From the beginning phase until the end the team dids do what they said they would do and I am grateful for that, However, now I'm in the claims Appeal process and haven't heard from the team as of yet but anticipate they will provide excellent service on my behalf.
Great job done by these folks. Everything is explained in great detail and followed up by phone calls and emails. Great company!
