Trajector Medical has been great. They did a thorough interview and assisted in writing up the narrative to be sent in. With their help I was able to go from 10% to 80% within a year. I've been waiting close to two years on the claims I sent straight to the VA without Trajector Medical. I wish I would have found them earlier.
They met my expectations on the initial filing and an appeal. I went from no rating to 20%. I plan on working with them to get a higher rating in the future. The biggest negative with the company was at times there was a language barrier with the representative. I would prefer speaking with someone who is fluent and easily understandable.
