From filling out forms for me, to having informational calls prior to each appointment with the VA, they were always there to help through the process. Very professional and stays with their clients' expectations. I used them when they were still Vet Comp and Pen and got them to help get 30% up on my rating. Now that they're known as Trajector, we're hoping and praying for 100%. Different name, same great customer service.
