We are usually treated so well at this location. Service was off today. I can only attribute this to busy holiday season. Look forward to returning next time I'm in town and hoping for a return to the usual extraordinary service!!!

Two of us met here for a pre-performance dinner. The restaurant was quite busy and the noise level was high. We had an excellent meal consisting of artichoke appetizer (delicious) eggplant parmegiano (enough for several servings), linguini with shrimp & clams (also delicious) and ended with cannoli (yum) and coffee/ espresso. The service was attentive but not obtrusive and the food was very good. Highly recommend.

we were in NYC for Thanksgiving Parade  staying at the Essex house. The GM mentioned this restaurant!  My husband took our daughters husbands and grandchildren the foods was great and the service even better!  I we were so lucky to find this place close to Central Park. Very close to me town! Great location, great service, and great food!

Number one — we had the best server in NYC — Joseph! We were visiting for a week with our 12 year old grandson, and had dinner the first night at Trattoria Dell’Arte. Joseph was our sever and made our grandson (and us!) feel right at home. The food was outstanding, and the other restaurant staff members were friendly and professional.
