The pizza was great and our waiter/bar tender was amazing. We hope to be back before we leave town.
Food was good. They were busy and drinks didn’t arrive until half way through dinner. Plus apps and entrees all delivered at once. Very loud.
We dined at Trattoria for a pre-theater meal (Carnegie Hall, across the street). We arrived prior to our 6pm reservation, which was made weeks in advance. Service was initially slow but appetizers eventually arrived. The major problem was that our main courses didn't appear until we had to leave for the theater. Food, service, Presentation and ambiance were excellent.
AJ was a great waiter, guided us to a great meal. The bolognese was super tasty.
Always amazing…: favorite restaurant in the city!!!
I love this place, I really do. But this was far from its best showing. Dirty table linens, not changed from a prior patron’s sauce explosion. Need to change tables, took just a bit too long. Thank you for the round of comp’d drinks. Servers arguing abt something at the wait station. Someone’s broken glass on the floor that took too long to clean up. Lobster pasta was delicious but oddly gummy. Osso bucco was fabulous but a bit small. Even the manager described the portion as “small”. Food was excellent as usual but the room... read more
