Sometimes I did not receive a reply. It was just very bumpy. Could have been handled better with more communication.

It was just communication or lack there of and they lost our paperwork over and over. Kept asking for the same thing repeatedly. There seemed to be a lack of communication. We are happy with the result and that he was able to work with us.
