completely disorganized. mistakes and misinformation through the whole process. I was told 4 times different closing costs. we were under contract for 76 days and everything was done at the last minute scrambling around. The situation was so bad that my real estate agent had me talk to another company about a mortgage as a backup, when I described to them the "issues" Travis claimed we had I was told they were common and not that unusual for a loan.
