The crew provided excellent counsel on how my Ficus trees should be trimmed. They worked hard and the trees look great. Their cleanup was also excellent.
This was scheduled to be a 2-day job, they arrived 15 minutes prior to the job each day and we ready to start at the scheduled time. They met with me before and after job completion each day - there was no question what was being done or what was left to complete the following day. Each day all tools were taken and debris was completely removed. Our trees look so much healthier. We are 100% satisfied with the professionalism and quality provided. Highly recommend.

The crew from Tree Pros did an excellent job. They were well-trained, experienced, and professional. The foreman closely monitored what they were doing to get the shape we wanted, and the area was left as clean as if they had never been here. Tree Pros has been our go-to company for over 10 years for pruning our bottle and china berry trees. The arborist and tree trimmers have always done a good job, and their customer service has always been good. Until December 2021. Our bottle trees are well over 40 years old and very tall with a beautiful shape (except where SRP pruned the canal side in the past). I have used the tree trimming and fertilizer service for several years. This was my first experience with the removal of a tree. Customer service has always been positive with the arborist answering all my questions in a way I understood. Patience and service was key. I never felt rushed to make a decision. All work was done to my satisfaction and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Tree Pros or use their services again.
Not only are these guys knowledgeable, they are extremely neat, prompt and professional. I've used them for the past 3 years. My trees have never looked better! I'll be using them again, for sure.
