Crew was very thorough in trimming and cleaning up our massive back yard eucalyptus tree (biggest tree in Chandler by my biased opinion). We were very happy with the results. Cleanup was thorough, even in our neighbors yard. A bit pricey but that was to be expected given the size of the tree. We were able to split the cost in two monthly payments.
Lead person was easy to talk with about trimming a large tree that suffered from last summers historic heat. They trimmed two other trees as well. Good job.
I hired Desert Dreamco to remove my palm tree, remove all bushes and pavers in front yard, remove old rock and replace with new. The office personnel as well as the crew were very good at what they did. They were experienced, professional, honest, helpful, kind and they completed the project as I requested. Roberto was easy to work with and very pleasant. I will hire them again.
I have used Tree Pros in the past. I appreciated their work ethic, and professional knowledge of the trees and what needs to be done.
Good communication and friendly. Provided recommendations. Consideration toward fallen foliage our neighbors could experience by cleaning up limbs and leaves that did go into their yard.
The aborist was knowledgeable, friendly and provided recommendations. Customer service staff followed up, the yard and work area was clean after they finished.
Tree pros are very organized and efficient! They communicate great and the crews are very respectful. I didnâ  t rate the value as I donâ  t have anyone else to compare them to as itâ  s the first tree company we have hired since we bought the house. Thank you Tree pros.
Crew was prompt and worked quickly. Experience was obvious. They left the yard clean.
