Lead person was easy to talk with about trimming a large tree that suffered from last summers historic heat. They trimmed two other trees as well. Good job.
I hired Desert Dreamco to remove my palm tree, remove all bushes and pavers in front yard, remove old rock and replace with new. The office personnel as well as the crew were very good at what they did. They were experienced, professional, honest, helpful, kind and they completed the project as I requested. Roberto was easy to work with and very pleasant. I will hire them again.
I have used Tree Pros in the past. I appreciated their work ethic, and professional knowledge of the trees and what needs to be done.
Good communication and friendly. Provided recommendations. Consideration toward fallen foliage our neighbors could experience by cleaning up limbs and leaves that did go into their yard.
The aborist was knowledgeable, friendly and provided recommendations. Customer service staff followed up, the yard and work area was clean after they finished.

yes Very efficient and professional. Office was also very accommodating. I had a large palm that was cut down in a very tight space next to a pool. The only thing that prevented me from giving a full 5 star review was the lack of providing a tarp across the pool to help catch sawdust and dirt making pool cleanup more difficult. Outside of that I would highly recommend!
Paul was fantastic. Came in a thunderstorm when no one else would. Crew came in the rain and dark and removed the fallen tree and cut and hauled out. Will use again
