An in ground well light for a tree failed after three years because a seal could not prevent irrigation water from filling up in the light well and shorting out the bulb. A certified arborist came out and diagnosed what needed to be done to help my heat-damaged trees. He advised on watering and fertilizing techniques that might help them. A few days later someone treated the trees with fertilizer, leaving more for me to use. A few days after that a crew of tree-trimmers trimmed dead branches and even cut out a couple of uninvited trees that wanted to take over the existing ones. The crews were courteous and professional. I have been using Tree Pros for about three or four years now and I am very please with the service performed as well as the customer service. The crew is prompt and does a great job with clean up. I am especially pleased with my contact person or estimator Robert.
From start to finish, we had excellent service from Tree Pros and highly recommend them. The arborist (Paul) that gave our estimate was excellent--extremely professional, clear, and a pleasure to work with. The crew that did our work was equally outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the results. Top-notch work all around.

I received a call back the same day and set up appointment for a quote which I received on site. Scheduled appointment for tree removal. They arrived promptly and got right to work. The crew were fast efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy I went with Tree Pro's
II had them remove a tree, trim several others and remove two stumps.. Everything about the experience was great. They were here when they said they would, made sure the trimming was satisfactory and they cleaned up better than it was prior. The stump removal happened the next day and again they were great. 'I had used them a few times in the past with great results as well.
