The work looks rushed, as far as the trees and bushes looking chopped instead of trimmed, or shaped. In fact, my wife says the entire job only took an hour, and it involved some large trees in the front as well as bushes and trees in the back. We did get what we wanted, which was lots of reduction in tree size, but I didnt' expect such a choppy, unappealing look when I got home. Very please with the quality and how quickly they took down the two trees
This is at least the third time i have used Tree Pros and have always been pleased with their work.
I received an immediate response from this contractor who showed up within 1 day of speaking to me. He called me after looking at the trees (since I had to be at work) and was able to give me all the information I needed to make a decision. I went with this contractor who started the job within a day of my agreeing to the work. Hopefully, the treatment works (it was done less than a week ago).

I had some issues with all of my trees losing their leaves and these guys knew what was wrong and helped me to fix those conditions, it's too soon to tell if it will save all of them but a couple are already getting new growth!
There was some mix-up with the crew not arriving on time to cut tree down. The tech who was there on time and was supposed to grind the stump wound up doing the whole job. He made all the neccesary contacts and got the OK to do the whole thing. I must say that I was very grateful to him for all the effort he put into it. Eventually, the first crew arrived and cleaned up the fallen tree parts.
Showed up on time, clean up was done properly
I got a fast quote. The team was there early in the morning as promised and they finished the work while I went to work. My tree looks great.
