Sales Rep was great while here. As soon as given down payment, the right hand didn't know what left hand was doing. Crew did great job of cutting down 5 established 35+ yr old trees and clean up was great. Office had the communication issues. Also passed on my General Contractor to them and the Rep never called back. This would have meant extra accounts for Tree Pro's, but guess they don't need the business. Would use again, but need to be onsite and on it with office on daily basis....babysit.
Quote was reasonable and done on time. However, they drove onto the yard-at least it was crushed granite-and kicked the rocks all over the sidewalk and left ridges in the yard. Since I wasn't home, I guess I should have expected the small stuff. Will have to think about it for next time the palm tree needs a trim. People were great on the phone.

I've had a pleasant experience with the company. They're professional, helpful and affordable. The job was well done and on time.
Tree Pros were very professional. They were able to come out and give me a quote over the phone without impacting my work day. They were scheduled one day to do the work. They called a couple hours before they were supposedto be there to tell me their truck broke down. However, they showed up the very next day (a Saturday) and forthe work done. The palm trees look fantastic!
Did a good job for the money
Have used twice for palm tree feeding and crown treatment. Will use again. Palm trees looking healthy again
Very, nice professional and prompt.
They did a great job. We had some minor scheduling issues, but they were able to get everything organized in one visit. They were in and out very quickly. It has been 6 months and the stump has not come back. There are 4 or 5 offshoots of the tree that have popped up, but there's nothing they could do about those.
