On the date of my inquiry of this company, by e-mail, I received a very early phonecall from this company on the morning immediately after a very bad winter storm. A representative was willining to come out that morning, as part of a very large sumac tree had fallen onto the roof of my house, and driveway. I had two large trees (a mesquite and a palo verde) trimmed in my front yard. The workers showed up on time and completed the work quickly, and the trees looked much better afterward. However, they left a lot of small branches in the trees that the wind blew down and I had to pick up and dispose of for several days after the service. Considering the price I paid ($250), I wasn't expecting to have to pick up thorny branches for days afterward, so I was a bit disappointed overall.
