Trevor and His assistant were there through every step. They helped us get everything done and meet the timelines. We were even mostly in another state and trying to buy here. He kept us updated and informed the whole way through, and explained things to us that needed explaining.
Trevor was amazing. Ours was a somewhat difficult situation. Trevor stuck by us the whole way. He was always there to answer any questions, make recommendations or to just reassure us when we needed it. Trevor and the Capstone team has our deepest gratitude and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
Trevor was a great help on our search for the perfect home. We really felt that he worked with us to get what we were looking for. Between answering all of the million of questions we had and the suggestions and great advice he had for us, we couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. Trevor was great, helped me fix my credit so my score was high enough to start the process of getting a home. The only down side was the house we own is a short sale so the process just took a long time but that is not his fault. Anytime I had questions I was able to call him on his personal cell or call his assistant at the office. During the process of closing on the house I had a few things happen to me but I was able to call him to best guide me so I didn't mess of my loan.
