My wife and I decided to let our inner crazy show and purchase an abandoned, pre foreclosed, not even on the market fixer upper home. Trevor and staff guided us through every step of the process. They answered every question we had and made sure we were satisfied. They worked with us to make sure we understood every step of the process. Each Friday we were given an update. We would definitely work with them again and we recommend them to anyone who is looking to secure financial assistance in getting a mortgage loan or financing an upgrade to an existing home. Trevor made my first time experience really simple, I came in with lots of questions and without a full understanding of how the process worked, however he took the time to answer all of them and explain every step. Highly recommended!

Trevor was absolutely great. He was with us throughout the full process and took care of us immediately. He responded to us at most in less than an hour, mostly right after he was contacted. Always had all of our answers with numbers, and you can tell that he likes what he does, to me that is the difference in the professional world. I would recommend Trevor anytime, and would advise other lenders to learn from him.
