Trevor was amazing, quick and informative. After several tries with big bank to close on my home and months of frustration he simply took my info on the phone and closed my home in about a month. We corresponded through e mail and phone a few times a week. I really enjoyed the Friday updates provided by the office. It left for no surprises and gave me feedback to where we were in terms to closing. I will recommend Trevor to all interested in purchasing a home. A big thank you!

Trevor and his team made our home buying experience so easy. He was very clear in requests of various things he needed from us and very willing to do whatever he could to ensure we were taken care of. This is a tough market to buy a house in right now, but I really felt ahead of the game knowing that we had secure funding. Trevor was also very easy to get ahold of, and if he was not around, one of his team members was able to jump right in and help. The whole process was great.

We recently used Trevor for obtaining a 100% VA mortgage. We weren't sure if we should go VA or FHA. He explained that VA would be the better way to go even though they have a 3% (or so) fee because we would have to pay for mortgage insurance with FHA. He helped us get 'pre-underwritten' (not just pre-qualified) which helped us when we made an offer and helped speed up the closing process. We were unsure about our loan prospects due to some problems in the past. Trevor was very helpful, finding several options and helping us find the best one. He, or someone on his team was there to answer questions any time, by phone or e-mail. We were hoping to close early before a long holiday weekend, so we could have more time to get things ready to move in, and he and his team were able to make it happen. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I contacted Trevor Roberge to inquire about if I could afford a house. The same day Trevor provided me with a few different scenarios and how much i could be preapproved for a home loan. I was very surprised how quickly he responded. Trevor asked me for a few documents relating to my pay and told me that I could actually get approved for a larger house if I used a VA Home Loan. They did everything that was asked of them and more. Communication was fast and they went out of their way by working late to make sure we closed on a Friday so we had a weekend to paint and enjoy the house instead of waiting until the next Monday. I definitely recommend TriStar Finance.
