Our service experience with James was great. He checked everything meticulously and took the time to explain how each component worked in the system. He was able to diagnose several issues and addressed each, one and a time, until all seemed to be working as it should. He was very professional and pleasant. He also reassured us that if any issues come up to contact the service office to get them addressed.

Fine except I was not informed prior to my delivery that the delivery personnel where not allowed to bring all the appliances we purchased into my home. That made it difficult to get everything in. I did not know I needed someone else to be at my residence to help me until after the delivery team arrived

They leave the receipt with the price on it and cause me a big big problem with the client I specifically told Oscar to don’t leave a receipt at the time they delivered the doors

I sent my wife to pick up my order, she was told to pull her vehicle around to the loading dock, when she did it took a considerable amount of time before someone came to help her. When someone finally came they loaded part of the order and left without saying anything. She knew that I had ordered four lights but only three had been loaded.
