Our service experience with James was great. He checked everything meticulously and took the time to explain how each component worked in the system. He was able to diagnose several issues and addressed each, one and a time, until all seemed to be working as it should. He was very professional and pleasant. He also reassured us that if any issues come up to contact the service office to get them addressed.

Fine except I was not informed prior to my delivery that the delivery personnel where not allowed to bring all the appliances we purchased into my home. That made it difficult to get everything in. I did not know I needed someone else to be at my residence to help me until after the delivery team arrived
