My experience was top notch! Jose was extremely helpful in allowing me to pick out the best quality front door. He went above and beyond in delivering the door to my house to make sure I had it for the installation.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It did take a little while for someone to assist me at first, but once they did, the experience was excellent. I was assisted by Haylee Wilson in Conroe, TX The Maytag washer and dryer I wanted weren’t in stock, but they offered me the floor models instead. We were helped by Tyler and were blown away by what I call "unreasonable" Hospitality. We were unable to fit the items in our SUV so he actually insisted on delivering them with his personal vehicle for us. We tried to offer him money for his efforts and he refused to take it. You are so lucky to have employees like him that are willing to go above and beyond to create loyal customers!

Customer service was good but we had to pay for shipping and it was not even shipped to our home. I think you should not be charging the customer for shipping or should offer the option of having it shipped directly to the customer if we have to pay for it.
