We were helped by Tyler and were blown away by what I call "unreasonable" Hospitality. We were unable to fit the items in our SUV so he actually insisted on delivering them with his personal vehicle for us. We tried to offer him money for his efforts and he refused to take it. You are so lucky to have employees like him that are willing to go above and beyond to create loyal customers!

Customer service was good but we had to pay for shipping and it was not even shipped to our home. I think you should not be charging the customer for shipping or should offer the option of having it shipped directly to the customer if we have to pay for it.
