My a/c went out on a weekend and trilogy answered my call right away. They came to my home the next day and my a/c was installed right away. Marco Galindo was the representative that assisted me here in the area of Mission Texas. I highly recommend them customer service was excellent,service was quick but most important they installed high efficient a/c machines. I was able to get the machines on credit and payments are very affordable.

I thank Trilogy for providing an honest diagnostic on the Condensing Unit, They delivered excellent service and only changed the malfunctioning part, I was able to save the entire unit. On the contrary, I had called another Air Conditioning company that misdiagnosed the Condensing Unit in my House, and I have been informed the Condensing Unit was no longer serviceable, and I needed to replace the entire unit which had a price of $4800, for legal reasons I cannot disclose the name of this "bad company" I am so happy I foun... read more
