I am very pleased with the level of service I have received from Trilogy. The Operations Manager, Carlos Manzo reached out to me after the installation of my full air conditioning unit installation. He made an appointment to check the system for quality assurance. He checked the air flow from the vents. He asked if I had any concerns or questions about future maintenance of my system.
